Swiggy Instamart is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to manage mid-size warehouse activities, including inbound, outbound, inventory and liquidation. You will drive KPI monitoring and corrective actions to meet targets, while leading middle mile and reverse logistics with a focus on cost reduction.

You will collaborate with quality, compliance and HR teams to ensure statutory compliance, monitor costs, and push process improvements.

Formación

• Graduate with 4–8 years of warehouse operations experience.
• Experience managing an on-roll team of 15+ members.
• Strong problem solving and data-driven decision making.
• Adaptability to dynamic situations.
• Experience from Ecommerce/ quick commerce industry.

Responsabilidades

• Lead warehouse operations of a mid-size warehouse covering inbound, outbound, dispatch, inventory and liquidation.
• Monitor KPIs of warehouses in the region and take corrective actions to meet AOP targets.
• Lead middle mile and reverse logistics between warehouses and PODs (dark stores) to reduce costs and damage/pilferage.
• Collaborate with quality, compliance and HR teams to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Monitor warehouse and logistics costs; drive process improvements and vendor negotiations for cost efficiency.
• Lead and mentor 15–20 on-roll team members and 500–600 blue-collar associates.
• Drive manpower retention programs with HR to reduce absenteeism and improve productivity.

• Lead warehouse operations of a mid size WH covering all departments including Inbound, Outbound, dispatch, inventory and liquidation.
• Monitor the KPIs of warehouses in the region and proactively take corrective actions to ensure the AOP targets are met.
• Lead the middle mile and reverse logistics between WH and PODs (Dark stores). Bring cost reduction and damage/pilferage reduction in the internal movements.
• Collaborate with quality, compliance, HR teams to ensure the WHs are compliant as per the statutory requirements.
• Monitor warehouse and logistics costs and ensure that AOP targets are met. Drive process improvements and vendor rate negotiations, transport route optimizations to bring cost efficiencies.
• Lead and mentor 15 - 20 on roll team members and 500 - 600 blue collar associates.
• Drive manpower retention programs along with HR to control absenteeism and attrition and in turn improve productivity and reduce hiring cost.
