Job summary

Swiggy Bengaluru is seeking a dedicated professional to own end-to-end execution quality for the Instamart Homepage campaigns, across all time slots and types. You will translate merchandising strategy into a structured, prioritised plan with clear ownership across shifts and serve as the primary interface between Storefront Merchandising and Config.

• Own end-to-end execution quality for the Instamart Homepage — campaigns across all time slots and types.
• Build and maintain the config execution calendar — translate the merchandising team's strategy into a structured, prioritised, error-free execution plan with clear task ownership across shifts.
• Serve as the primary interface between the Storefront Merchandising team and Config.
• Define and enforce SOPs for the full campaign lifecycle: brief receipt → task assignment → config → quality check → go-live → post-live audit.
• Lead calibration on team KRAs. Identify underperformance early, run the corrective loop.
• Maintain full work allocation visibility — every task, every exec, every shift.
• Identify and drive process and tooling improvements that reduce manual effort, error surface, or response time for the team.

What you'll do:

• Own end-to-end execution quality for the Instamart Homepage — campaigns across all time slots and types


• Build and maintain the config execution calendar — translating the merchandising team's strategy into a structured, prioritised, error-free execution plan with clear task ownership across shifts. Maintain deep, working knowledge of the full calendar ecosystem — scheduled events, ad-hoc change requests, shaping rules, CLM-based activations, and time-of-day playbooks. You are the team's single source of truth on what's live, what's changing, and why. No AM or exec should need to go outside the team to understand a framework or shaping decision.


• Serve as the primary interface between the Storefront Merchandising team and Config. You're the one who absorbs strategy, stress-tests the brief for executability, flags conflicts early, and ensures nothing falls through at handoff.


• Define and enforce SOPs for the full campaign lifecycle: brief receipt → task assignment → config → quality check → go-live → post-live audit. Every step documented, every step tracked..


• Lead calibration on team KRAs. Identify underperformance early, run the corrective loop before it becomes a people issue.


• Maintain full work allocation visibility — every task, every exec, every shift. No black boxes.


• Identify and drive process and tooling improvements that reduce manual effort, error surface, or response time for the team.
