Carrier is seeking a Manager VRF Projects in Punjab to lead end-to-end VRF system installations, testing and handovers. This role requires coordinating with customers, consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure project success.

The ideal candidate has 8–12 years of experience in project management within HVAC/VRF and holds an engineering degree. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills are essential for timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of VRF systems.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Supervise site activities, subcontractors.
• Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and OEM guidelines.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and documentation.
• Resolve technical issues and provide regular project status updates.
• Conduct system testing, performance verification, and customer training.

About the Role

Project Management professional who will be responsible for tracking and monitoring VRF project progress. Established Project Management professional who will be responsible for tracking and monitoring VRF project progress, creating MIS reports of ongoing project, collect handing over document, ensure quality of installation identifying project issues, coordinate and provide technical solution, collaborate with sales team member,

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of VRF systems.

Experience & Education Required

8 to 12 years' experience with any engineering degree
