Qualifications

Responsibilities

About the role

The role involves Generate VRV/VRF, AMC, and retrofit business opportunities from existing and new customers. Develop strong relationships with customers and dealers to drive service sales. Address customer concerns, resolve product‑related issues, and provide technical support. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries and service requirements. Conduct regular customer visits and maintain high customer satisfaction levels. Revenue & Business Development Drive revenue and order booking for VRF HVAC projects. Develop relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, MEP consultants, and end customers. Identify new VRF project opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate with customers, and close orders. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Monitor Service profitability, margins, collections, and outstanding payments. Identify opportunities for additional sales, upgrades, and change orders.

Requirements and Experience

3-4 years of experience in HVAC, preferably with significant experience in VRF/VRV systems. Strong understanding of VRF system design, selection, installation, testing, and commissioning. Proven track record in HVAC/VRF sales and revenue generation. Experience managing commercial and Service execution responsibilities. Good knowledge of HVAC drawings, ducting/piping concepts, controls, and BMS integration. Strong negotiation, customer management, and Service management skills. Ability to manage multiple Customers and Dealers simultaneously. Good communication and leadership skills. Willingness to travel to Customer sites as required.
