Kia India is seeking a capable professional to lead field operations focusing on construction project planning, vendor coordination for timely material dispatch, and the preparation of monthly training calendars for dealer personnel.

The role also includes assisting dealers in recruitment, training of sales executives (evaluation and certification), grooming dealer manpower with soft skills, and maintaining KPI-driven dealer performance and profitability while coordinating across departments and
