• Strong knowledge of recovery laws: Civil Recovery u/o 37 CPC; arbitrations; NIA; PASSA; SARFAESI.

Responsibilities

• Attend court proceedings initiated locally at the state level.
• Interact with police and law enforcement for summons and warrants.
• File criminal complaints under Cr.P.C. 156(3) in local Courts.
• File and coordinate execution proceedings for arbitration awards and lok adalats.
• File and execute section 14 orders under SARFAESI.
• Vet and file replies and rejoinders as needed.

Job Description:

• Attending the court proceedings initiatedlocally at the state level.
• Interacting with police and other lawenforcement agencies for executing of summons and warrants.
• Filing of criminal complaint against thedefaulted customer to Police personnel's and complaint u/s 156(3) of Cr.P.C. inlocal Courts.
• Filing of execution proceedings in ArbitrationAwards and coordinating the lok adalats and conciliation camps in the respective locations.
• Filing and execution of sec 14 orders under theSarfaesi proceedings.
• Handling against cases in the respective location; including vetting & filing of replies; rejoinders etc.
