The ideal candidate is a Law Graduate with substantial court experience in banking litigation, capable of visiting banks for new case assignments and providing timely updates on ongoing matters.

Qualifications

• Law graduate with court experience in legal matters.
• Exposure to debt recovery and SARFAESI processes in banking is desirable.
• Familiarity with basic office tools like Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Handle legal matters related to debt recovery under SARFAESI and protect the companys interests.
• Assist in taking possession of properties with police and Magistrate support.
• Manage cases related to recovery and handle physical possession under SARFAESI law.
• Visit NPA accounts with the collection team to speed up recovery.
• File petitions under Section 14 of SARFAESI Act, 2002 in CMM/DM courts.
• Coordinate with police officials and Magistrates for legal processes.
• Ensure all work follows audit requirements, RBI rules, and company policies.
• Use Excel, MS Word, and online legal platforms.
• Understand the basic process of collections and NPA handling.
• Draft legal petitions and documents.
• Visit banks to take new case assignments and provide updates on ongoing cases
