Job summary

Attarix Talent Solutions Mumbai is seeking a seasoned BFSI legal litigator with 5+ years of end-to-end litigation experience, including Sec 138, SARFAESI, arbitration, and civil/criminal matters.

You will coordinate with advocates, manage court appearances, handle legal notices, and oversee litigation MIS, RBI reporting, and willful defaulter reporting and recovery actions.

This 5-day work week role in Thane requires LLB/LLM and strong knowledge of banking laws.

Qualifications

• LLB/LLM with 5+ years BFSI legal litigation experience
• Strong in Sec 138, SARFAESI, arbitration and recovery
• Experience in litigation MIS, RBI reporting and advocate management

Responsibilities
