Job summary

Golden Opportunities in Hyderabad, India is seeking an experienced BPO Transition Manager to oversee end-to-end transition programs. You will drive due diligence, solutioning, process mapping, and knowledge transfer while coordinating ramp-up and capacity planning across multiple transitions.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement with both internal and external teams, and proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of end-to-end BPO transition management experience.
• Must have experience in handling due diligence, solutioning, process mapping, knowledge transfer, ramp‑up, capacity planning, SLA setup, and governance.
• Internal and external strong stakeholder engagement along with the ability to manage multiple transitions in parallel.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting is essential.
• Experience with Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies and exposure to US P&C insurance projects will be an added advantage.
