Job summary

TVS Credit Services Ltd seeks a seasoned professional to develop and implement its total quality management strategy across Finance, Customer Experience, Marketing and IA. You will map processes, reduce non-value-added activities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires 6–8 years in process improvement with strong TQM, Lean and Six Sigma knowledge, coupled with strategic thinking and excellent communication skills. This position is based in Chennai, India.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream with process excellence background; LSS BB Certification added advantage.
• 6 to 8 years of experience in process improvement, TQM.
• Process mapping to identify key business processes, exceptions and bottlenecks.
• Experience in planning and executing performance & process transformations.
• Demonstrated ability to implement new techniques and continuous improvement programs.
• Strong knowledge on TQM, Lean, Six Sigma tools and framework.
• Strategic and analytical thinking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem solving and decision-making skills.
• People management & networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct process mapping and identify NVA and manual activities for process improvement in Finance, Customer experience Marketing and IA.

• Integrates and aligns the processes that will best achieve the desired results.
• Make continual improvement of products, processes and systems.
• Developing and integrating quality improvement plans at all levels and orienting employees to the framework of quality.
• Identify Critical to Quality Metrics to measure and thereby improve process quality for the mentioned functional processes.
• Identify and execute Process improvement projects and manage end to end cost optimization.
