Job summary

Vodafone Idea Limited in Delhi seeks a role focused on conducting feasibility studies for enterprise customers and coordinating with partners. You will drive order-conversion KPIs and ensure timely closures, collaborating with business and planning teams to optimize outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years in telecom operations, strong vendor management, and solid knowledge of network transport topologies including DWDM, PTN, SDH and MPLS.

Qualifications

• Graduation in BE/BTech or equivalent required.
• 3-7 years of telecom operations experience.
• Experience with transmission/enterprise feasibility.
• KPI-driven with vendor and planning coordination.

Job Purpose

• Responsible for all the feasibility for enterprise customers and partner governance

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

• Measurement Criteria - 99% - Fiber/UBR/MW -3 Days
• Desktop -2 Days
• OFFNET -7 Days
• Positive revert > 90% for Wire Less & Wireline both.
• Commercial viability for <10mbps cases for >65%.
• Desktop Accuracy in Pre-SD report has to be >90%.
• 100% PSR report for detailed feasibility.
• Partner team governance for closing FR as per KPIs
• Strong interpersonal skills to deal with inter functional teams to get desired results.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

• 3-7 years of Telecom domain experience in field of operations.
• Positive Attitude, Strong Management skills & transmission expertise
• Driving Vendors, Field Team and Circle Teams for achieving KPI for feasibility for enterprise customers
• Good Knowledge and understanding of Transport Network Technologies & Topologies of both Optics (DWDM, PTN, SDH) and IP (Internet protocol) / MPLS Etc.
• Handling change management, Material logistics & Inventory management.
• 100% compliance to Vodafone HSW policies and procedures.

• Essential: Graduation - B.E. /B. tech.
