Job summary

Adani Group is seeking a seasoned procurement leader to drive supplier partnerships and strategic sourcing across large-scale projects in India. You will optimize costs, manage capex procurement, and integrate sourcing with the broader supply chain.

Key responsibilities include developing procurement programs, forecasting cash outflows, coordinating with project managers, and leading negotiations with suppliers to ensure premium quality supply and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech with 10–15 years of relevant experience.

• Implement supplier partnership programs that provided competitive advantage while ensuring premium quality supply and a reduction of total system costs.
• Govern the execution of strategy for integrating sourcing into overall supply chain management.
• Deploy the cost saving tools & techniques like Volume Bundling, Global Sourcing, increase on LCC spend, challenger supplier development
• Project the funds required in advance and forecast cash outflow
• Manage the procurement activities for large size capex for different project.
• Preparation of estimates, invitation of bids, commercial evaluation, conducting pre-award
• Implement the Global & Local strategic supply chain programs including procurement and logistics.
• Co-ordination with project managers for project & operational issues.
