Mahindra and Mahindra Limited [Automotive and Farm Equipment Business] seeks an experienced Training Manager to plan and deliver technical trainings for service and sales teams across geographies. You will collaborate with engineering, publications, central tech support, quality and sales–service units to ensure high-quality content and measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes module development, LMS management, and systematic training needs analysis to enhance customer experience and product

Qualifications

• Degree required in Electrical / Electronics / Telecom or Mechanical engineering.
• Background in training delivery for service and sales teams.
• Experience with learning management systems and content development.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute training programs for service teams across geographies.
• Deliver training on CPCB-II related topics, Genset panels, energy storage and EV charging.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (engineering, quality, sales) and external OEMs/ dealers.
• Develop training modules and update learning content; manage LMS records and analyze effectiveness.

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Effectively plan training & execution
• Training delivery to service team members of below topics across geographies.
• 1) CPCB-II, CPBC-IV+ Gensets & BS-IV, BS-V Industrial Engines in mechanical & electrical.
• 2) Training on Genset panels
• 3) Energy Storage Solutions
• 4) Electrical Vehicle Charger installation, commissioning & service.
• 5) Tele Infra Management – Utility, Fibre & FTPx
• 6) Behavioral trainings
• Training delivery to sales team members of below topics across geographies.
• 1) CPCB-II, CPBC-IV+ Gensets in mechanical & electrical.
• 2) Training on Genset panels
• 3) Battery Energy Storage Solutions
• 4) Behavioral trainings
• Collaboration with internal stake holders - engineering, publications, central technical support, quality & sales – service functions of different verticals.
• Collaboration with external stake holders – OEMs, dealers
• Training on HKVA & HHVA Gensets
• Skill Assessment of sales & marketing field team.
• Training module & content development.
• Management of Learning Management System (Update & monitor).
• Training record & analysis on effectiveness.

Education Qualification

Degree Engineering in Electrical / Electronics / Telecomunicaiton or Mechanical
