Job summary

Kannanware in India seeks an experienced engineer to manage MBOM releases, PFMEA and process documentation. The role involves localization, prototyping, and close collaboration with LTN technical teams to ensure compliant changes and robust product documentation.

The candidate should have 7–10 years in technical functions, BOM preparation skills, and familiarity with SAP and CAD tools to support fabrication parts and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical or Electrical is required.
• 7–10 years of experience in a technical function.
• Experience in BOM preparation and localization.
• Knowledge of zero-based costing for fabrication parts.
• Experience in component development across fabrication domains.
• Exposure to PFMEA / Process flow and documentation control.
• SAP experience and AutoCAD knowledge are desirable.

General Summary of Position

This positionis responsible forhandling Technical function.

Responsible for receipt of technical documentation from LTN and ensure proper distribution.

Responsible for collating LTN technical documents with lessons learnt in WPL and finalizing PFMEA. Releasing theprocess flow diagram,work instructions, quality plan, check list based on PFMEA document.

Responsible for technical document control.

Responsible for issuing MBOM, preparation of SAP codes with proper technical description.

Responsible for localization.

Communication with LTN TO on deviation control, modifications, prototyping

Responsibilities & Specific Accountabilities:

Key Position Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor of Engineering, Mecha nical (or) Electrical Engineering

Job Experience:

• 7 to 10 years of experience in technical function.
• Experience in BOM preparation.
• Component development and Localization experience.
• Knowledge in zero based costing of fabrication parts.
• Experience in any domain (fabrication, machining, rotor blade, castings, gearboxes, hydraulics or assembling.
• A few years of experience of communication with Europeans.
• Has experience in developing PFMEA / Process flow.
• SAP experience is desirable.
• Knowledge of Auto CAD is desirable.
