Job summary

KANNANWARE INNOVATIONS LLP in Chennai seeks an experienced engineering professional to manage technical functions including MBOM release, PFMEA, SAP codes, and localization. The role emphasizes documentation control and collaboration with LTN, ensuring deviations are tracked and prototypes supported.

You will coordinate change management, prototyping, and supplier technical assessments, with 7–10 years in a similar function, experience in BOM preparation, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in a technical function.
• Experience in BOM preparation.
• Component development and Localization experience.
• Knowledge in zero based costing of fabrication parts.
• Experience in fabrication, machining, rotor blade, castings, gearboxes, hydraulics or assembling.
• Experience communicating with Europeans.
• Experience developing PFMEA / Process flow.
• SAP experience is desirable.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is desirable.
• Very good English communication.
• Ability to prepare and present PowerPoint presentations.
• Self-starter and disciplined.

Job description

This positionis responsible forhandling Technical function.

Responsible for receipt of technical documentation from LTN and ensure proper distribution.

Responsible for collating LTN technical documents with lessons learnt in WPL and finalizing PFMEA. Releasing theprocess flow diagram,work instructions, quality plan , check list basedon PFMEA document.

Responsible for technical document control.

Responsible for issuing MBOM, preparation of SAP codes with proper technical description.

Responsible for localization.

Communication with LTN TO on deviation control, modifications, prototyping

Responsibilities & Specific Accountabilities:

Key Position Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor of Engineering, Mecha n ical (or) Electrical Engineering

Job Experience:

• 7 to 10 years of experience in technical function .

• Experience in any domain (fabrication, machining, rotor blade, castings, gearboxes, hydraulics or assembling.
• A few years of experience of communication with Europeans.
