Job summary

Kannanware seeks a seasoned technical professional to manage MBOM releases, PFMEA development, and SAP code preparation, while localizing components for diverse markets. The role involves cross-functional coordination with LTN and suppliers, and requires strong communication in English.

The candidate will oversee change management, participate in prototyping, and contribute to process improvements across fabrication domains, leveraging CAD tools and PFMEA expertise.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of experience in technical function.
• Experience in BOM preparation.
• Component development and localization experience.
• Knowledge in zero based costing of fabrication parts.
• Experience in fabrication domains (fabrication, machining, rotor blade, castings, gearboxes, hydraulics or assembling).
• A few years of experience of communication with Europeans.
• Has experience in developing PFMEA / Process flow.
• SAP experience is desirable.
• Knowledge of Auto CAD is desirable.
• Very good in communicative English.
• Ability to prepare and present PowerPoint presentations.
• Self-starter & strongly self-disciplined.

Job description

This position is responsible for handling Technical function.

Responsible for receipt of technical documentation from LTN and ensure proper distribution.

Responsible for collating LTN technical documents with lessons learnt in WPL and finalizing PFMEA. Releasing the process flow diagram, work instructions, quality plan, check list based on PFMEA document.

Responsible for technical document control.

Responsible for issuing MBOM, preparation of SAP codes with proper technical description.

Responsible for localization.

Communication with LTN TO on deviation control, modifications, prototyping

Responsibilities & Specific Accountabilities:

Key Position Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor of Engineering, Mechanical (or) Electrical Engineering

Job Experience:
