Qualifications

• Ten to 13 years of experience in technical education, engineering or advanced facilitation roles.
• Full stack hands-on proficiency in at least two programming languages across frontend, backend, database, cloud, DevOps and testing.
• Expertise in Salesforce Platform, Microservices, Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure Services or GenAI tools.
• Experience delivering complex technical trainings independently across all proficiency levels with executive presence.
• Curriculum architecture and advanced program design with a consulting orientation.
• Willingness to travel across Cognizant locations based on training needs.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle of technical learning programs from curriculum architecture to training delivery, including capstone projects and simulations.
• Mentor Frontier Educators and Teaching Assistants through reviews, audits and feedback.
• Lead curriculum design and content quality for key technology stacks.
• Champion AI integration to scale facilitation, assessment and personalization using AI tools.
• Develop hands-on competency across Cognizant products and platforms with product owners.

About the role

As a Manager, Technical Frontier Educator, you will make an impact by independently designing and delivering complex, high-stakes technical learning programs across entry-level talent, Cognizant associates and mentoring other educators across the organization. You will be a valued member of the Corporate Learning & Development team and work collaboratively with the in-house Frontier Educator ecosystem.

In this role, you will

• Own full-cycle of technical learning programs from curriculum architecture to independent training delivery, including advanced capstone projects and enterprise-grade simulations across all proficiency levels
• Mentor and coach Frontier Educators and Teaching Assistants through facilitation reviews, quality audits and feedback sessions to raise the bar across the learning ecosystem
• Lead curriculum design and content quality for key technology stacks, ensuring materials are current, industry-relevant and deployment-ready
• Champion AI integration across learning programs by identifying opportunities to scale technical facilitation, assessment and personalization using AI tools
• Develop and maintain hands-on competency across Cognizant products and platforms, partnering with product owners to design and deliver platform-specific training

What you need to have to be considered

• Ten to 13 years of experience in technical education, engineering or advanced facilitation roles
• Full stack hands-on proficiency in at least two of the programming languages (like Java, .NET, C#, Python, Mainframe) across frontend, backend, database, cloud, DevOps and testing

• Expertise in at least two of the below product skill areas:
• Salesforce (SFDC) Platform & Ecosystem,
• Microservices & Distributed Systems Architecture
• Cybersecurity
• IT Infrastructure Services (ITIS) including ITSM (ITIL-based practices), infrastructure operations
• Active proficiency in GenAI tools, AI-assisted coding, LLMs & prompt engineering, RAG, AI Agent Development & Agent creation, Agentic AI, LLM Orchestration Frameworks (LangChain/LangGraph/ CrewAI/ AutoGen), AI Automation & Workflow Orchestration
• Proven experience delivering complex technical trainings independently across all the proficiency levels (beginner, intermediate and expert) with strong executive presence
• Curriculum architecture and advanced technical program design capability with a consulting orientation
• Manage challenging classroom dynamics and senior stakeholder interactions
• Willingness to travel across Cognizant locations based on training needs
