Job summary

Centre for Computational Technologies (CCTech) is building a Technology Excellence group to onboard freshers into project-ready professionals across Desktop, Web, and AI. We seek candidates who can own the onboarding program end-to-end, identify learning needs, and curate content using AI tools.

You will assess readiness, mentor learners, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while shaping how this function grows within a dynamic tech environment.

Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT or related Engineering field.
• Strong proficiency in at least one language — C++, Java, C#, or JavaScript.
• Python acceptable as secondary language, not as sole language.
• Comfortable reading and reasoning through code with personal or college projects.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for learning and content creation.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset and ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Willingness to mentor others and share knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own our 4-month fresher onboarding program end to end — from induction to project deployment
• Proactively identify learning needs across technical teams and translate them into structured programs
• Curate and design technically accurate content using AI tools across Desktop, Web and AI domains
• Assess fresher readiness through code walkthroughs, POC reviews and structured evaluation
• Mentor individual learners — track progress, intervene early, give specific actionable feedback

Must Have

Good To Have

• Prior experience in mentoring, teaching or training — formally or informally
• Exposure to any LMS platform
• Experience designing a structured learning program or curriculum
• Certifications in any relevant technical domain
