Job summary

CCTech in Pune invites applications for the Technology Excellence fresher onboarding program lead. You will own a 4-month onboarding program end to end, from induction to project deployment, and design content using AI tools across Desktop, Web and AI domains.

You will mentor learners, assess readiness through code walkthroughs and POC reviews, and collaborate with technical teams to identify learning needs and build structured programs from day one.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in CS/IT or related engineering field.
• Python acceptable as secondary language, not as sole language.
• Comfortable reading and reasoning through code.
• Uses AI tools for learning, content creation and problem solving.
• Proactive by nature with ownership and initiative.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.

Technology Excellence is a department built to grow technical capability across our engineering organization -

onboarding freshers into project-ready professionals and continuously upskilling engineers across Desktop, Web,

and AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities:

• Own our 4-month fresher onboarding program end to end - from induction to project deployment
• Proactively identify learning needs across technical teams and translate them into structured programs

Requirements

Must Have:

• B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT or related Engineering field
• Python acceptable as secondary language, not as sole language
• Comfortable reading and reasoning through code - has built something real, even personal or college projects
• Uses AI tools naturally for learning, content creation and problem solving
• Proactive by nature - brings solutions not just problems, takes ownership without being directed
• Can explain complex technical concepts simply and clearly to someone encountering them for the first time

Good To Have:

• Prior experience in mentoring, teaching or training - formally or informally
• Exposure to any LMS platform
• Experience designing a structured learning program or curriculum
• Certifications in any relevant technical domain
