Job summary

Randstad Enterprise Bengaluru is seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead enterprise staffing and ensure a seamless candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.

You will manage vendor relationships, drive adoption of ATS and AI-based screening tools, and oversee hiring across logistics, industrial trades, contact center, hospitality and retail. Strong leadership, strategic thinking and analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment leadership and vendor management.
• Strong understanding of recruitment analytics and tooling.
• Proven ability to optimise candidate experience across the hiring lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Sets performance objectives for own team and monitors workload and progress.
• Ensures a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process from contact to onboarding.
• Mitigates reputational risk by aligning candidate experiences with brand values.
• Manages relationships with external recruitment tool providers, job boards and vendors.
• Provides reporting on talent trends, salary benchmarking and industry insights.
• Leads resolution of high-level recruitment challenges within Enterprise.
• Evaluates and implements new recruitment technologies, such as ATS or AI-based screening tools.
• Adapts team plans, sets priorities and allocates resources to align with objectives.
• Provides input into budgets and supports decision-making.

• Manages relationships with external recruitment tool providers, job boards, and other vendors, ensuring access to the best local resources and tools to support Enterprise staffing
• Ensures reporting on talent trends, salary benchmarking, and industry insights to support decision-making
• Leads the resolution of high-level recruitment challenges or crises within Enterprise, such as difficult-to-fill roles, candidate withdrawals, or client dissatisfaction
• Evaluates and implements new recruitment technologies, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) or AI-based screening tools to be utilized for hiring contingent workers in the area of logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retailGrade Descriptor
• In-depth understanding of concepts and principles in own discipline and a good knowledge of these elements in related disciplines
• Provides management and guidance to professional employees and/or supervisors or supervises large, complex business or technical support teams
