Abbott India is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition leader to manage the full life cycle of hiring for the Pharmaceutical division. You will partner with hiring managers to anticipate needs, develop sourcing strategies, and drive Abbott’s talent agenda in a matrix environment.

The role demands 6+ years in core TA with strong direct sourcing, English communication, and healthcare recruitment experience. Location: Mumbai, on-site with travel and strategic global alignment.

• Bachelor’s or Management degree in HR or related field.
• 6+ years of core TA experience with at least 3 years in-house TA experience in a matrix environment.
• Subject matter expert in direct sourcing to engage passive candidates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Lead regional initiatives and participate in global projects to drive TA.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This role will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of hiring for the Pharmaceutical division for Abbott India. Works closely with Hiring Managers to understand the recruiting needs of the business, anticipate hiring needs and proactively identify recruiting solutions to meet those needs. Develops, initiates and executes sourcing and recruiting strategies and other Talent Acquisition related processes

• Establishing credible relationships with senior leaders and hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in talent acquisition
• Delivering the targeted objectives and effectively implementing the organization’s strategy
• Manage and develop sourcing strategies using direct sourcing, online postings, referrals, and other creative search methods
• Collect & screen resumes, select potential candidates using Abbott- specific assessment methodologies.
• Managing recruiting analysis and ensuring all recruiting and candidate knowledge is tracked, updated and maintained in CRM.
• Deploying cutting-edge sourcing and candidate engagement tactics to attract top talent
• Leveraging technologies, social media, and other recruiting resources to identify qualified candidates
• Developing and implementing processes and practices within the division, aligned with Global strategic direction
• Leading regional and participating in global projects to drive future talent acquisition initiatives

Desired Background

• Bachelor’s or Management degree in HR, management or related field.
• Minimum professional experience: 6+ years of core TA experience with a minimum 3 years of in-house TA experience in a matrix environment.
• Subject matter expert in direct sourcing strategies to engage, attract, and nurture passive candidates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Functional experience: Full-cycle recruitment experience in healthcare or in adjacent industries
• Knowledge of various competition organizations and well versed with latest tools and trends in Talent Acquisition around social and digital space
• Strong technical aptitude, data analysis and storytelling skills
