Job summary

FlexiLoans is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition leader in Mumbai to own end-to-end recruitment. You will source, evaluate, and close leadership and technical talent across engineering, product, data, and operations while guiding a team of recruiters and managing external vendors.

The ideal candidate has an MBA/HR qualification with fintech/banking recruitment experience, exceptional communication, and a track record of scalable hiring practices to support rapid business growth.

Qualifications

• MBA/PG in HR is mandatory.
• Fintech/NBFC or banking recruitment experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven full-lifecycle recruitment experience across technical, executive, and operations roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across regions.
• Source, evaluate, and close leadership and technical talent across functions.
• Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns to scale the business.
• Streamline hiring workflows and measure time-to-hire with metrics.

What we are looking for in the role:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycles for lateral, technical, executive, and high-volume hiring mandates across multiple regions.
• Source, evaluate, and close high-impact leadership and specialized technical talent across engineering, product, data, and operational functions.
• Manage high-volume bulk recruitment campaigns to maintain robust talent pipelines for rapid business expansion.
• Streamline hiring workflows, optimize source mixes, and implement metrics to improve Turnaround Time and candidate experience.
• Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters, driving daily productivity, setting hiring benchmarks, and ensuring recruiter accountability.
• Partner with functional heads and senior stakeholders to evaluate workforce requirements and define hiring priorities.
• Manage external recruitment vendors and agencies, monitoring performance against Key Performance Indicators.

Ideal Candidate:

• Education: MBA / Master's degree in Human Resources or related post-graduation is mandatory.
• Industry Experience: Prior recruitment experience within Fintech, NBFC, or Banking sectors is strongly preferred.
• Communication & Articulation: Superior written and verbal communication skills. Ability to articulate ideas concisely, lead high-stakes negotiation calls, and present insights effectively to senior executive.
• Recruitment Expertise: Proven track record in full-lifecycle Talent Acquisition managing both specialized lateral search and high-volume field or business hiring.
