Responsibilities

• Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Maintain and monitor project plans, change requests and enhancements.
• Track and manage tasks using Jira, ensuring timely updates and resolution.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations using MS Office.
• Coordinate meetings, follow ups, and communication between teams and stakeholders.
• Identify project risks or issues and communicate them to the Project Lead.
• Support senior project managers and contribute to process improvements.

Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Associate to assist in planning, executing

and closing projects/Change requests efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess excellent

communication skills, a good grasp of project management tools like Jira and strong working

knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring tasks are well-tracked, deadlines are met and stakeholders remain informed throughout the project lifecycle.
