Job summary

MALABAR GOLD & DIAMONDS is looking for an experienced Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring processes at its India operations. The role involves collaborating with regional managers and hiring managers to define manpower needs, post openings, and screen applicants across internal and external portals.

You will also handle documentation, coordinate interviews, oversee background verification, and drive offer negotiations.

• Experience with end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Regional Manager and hiring managers to execute life cycle recruiting plans.
• Understand manpower requirements and post job openings on internal and external portals.
• Ensure all recruitment documents (CVs, offer letters) are prepared pre- and post hiring.
• Screen external and internal applicants for job openings.
• Conduct preliminary screening, interviews, and facilitate hiring.
• Ensure timely communication to candidates on interview feedback.
• Ensure proper background verification of new hires as per guidelines.
• Issue offer/rejection letters and facilitate negotiations with candidates.
• Timely update Recruitment MIS and generate recruiting reports.

• Screening and identifying external as well as internal applicants for job openings.
• Conduct recruitment related activities including preliminary screening, interviewing, and facilitate hiring.
• Ensure timely communication to the candidates on interview feedback.
• Ensure proper background verification of new hires as per organizational guidelines
• Issue offer/ rejection letter, facilitate negotiations with the candidate.
• Timely update Recruitment MIS and provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the team.
