The Role

We are seeking a Project Manager (PM) responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope, timeline, and budget. The PM will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Project Ownership & Delivery – Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure
• Define project scope, schedule, and milestones
• Maintain detailed project plans and delivery timelines
• Coordinate with engineering, business, and operations teams
• Ensure timely completion of project deliverables

• Communication & Stakeholder Management – Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders
• Conduct regular status meetings and project updates
• Maintain clear communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
• Prepare status reports, progress updates, and documentation

• Risk & Issue Management – Identify project risks and mitigation strategies
• Track and resolve issues impacting delivery timelines
• Escalate critical blockers when necessary
• Maintain risk and issue logs

• Delivery Cadence – Track project milestones and deliverables
• Ensure adherence to agreed schedules
• Coordinate sprint reviews or delivery checkpoints
• Maintain project documentation and reporting

• Budget & Resource Coordination – Track project budget utilization
• Coordinate resource allocation across teams
• Ensure optimal utilization of project resources

Required Skills And Professional Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field
• 4–7 years of project management experience
• Experience managing technical or IT projects
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification
• Experience with DevOps, Cloud migrations, data center modernization, or hybrid platforms
• Familiarity with technologies such as AWS, Azure, GCP
• Background in professional services or consulting organizations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, etc.)
