Job summary

Shalina Healthcare in Maharashtra seeks an experienced Head of Tablet Production to lead tablet and capsule manufacturing, drive production targets, and ensure GMP/cGMP compliance across all processes.

You will manage manpower, materials, and production planning, drive productivity and cost-saving initiatives, and coordinate with QA/IPQA, warehouse, and other departments; SAP and documentation proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm degree required.
• 12–15 years of tablet & capsule manufacturing experience.
• Experience in a reputed pharmaceutical manufacturing organization.

• Lead Tablet Production operations and achieve planned production targets.
• Ensure GMP/cGMP compliance, documentation, BMR/BPR, and quality standards are met.
