Job summary

Sunglow Lifescience in Tamil Nadu seeks an experienced Head of OSD manufacturing to lead production operations for Tablets, Capsules and Ointments.

You will ensure rigorous adherence to cGMP and regulatory audits, drive capacity and manpower planning, and manage large multi‑shift teams to hit volume, cost, quality and timeline targets.

Expertise in regulatory inspections and customer audits is essential to sustain compliance and business growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in OSD pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Proven leadership experience managing large teams and multi-shift operations.
