Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil
• Experience in the relevant field

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of project objectives, ensuring outcomes are achieved safely, efficiently, and in line with approved plans, budgets, schedules, and performance targets.
• Manage and coordinate project teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and accountability to deliver successful project outcomes.
• Drive robust project controls, governance, risk management, and change management processes, ensuring compliance with the Mace Way and Service Excellence standards.
• Oversee project planning, procurement, and programme integration, ensuring design, authority approvals, procurement, and delivery activities are effectively aligned.
• Build trusted stakeholder relationships, provide clear communication and reporting, and challenge constructively to achieve the best value and performance for clients.
• Champion innovation, digital delivery, sustainability, and knowledge sharing, leveraging Mace best practice and contributing to the net zero carbon transition throughout project delivery.
