The Project

This is a high‑rise residential rehabilitation project in Mumbai.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high‑calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Conduct feasibility studies, advise on procurement strategies, and apply value management techniques to establish strong project foundations.
• Lead estimating and cost planning activities, taking ownership of final cost plans and providing clear financial reporting to clients.
• Manage procurement and contract administration, preparing documentation and overseeing execution in line with governance requirements.
• Provide valuations, cost control, and reporting services, assessing variations and claims to safeguard financial integrity.
• Drive continuous improvement by enhancing systems and processes, while mentoring and guiding junior team members to build capability.
• Embed sustainability and net zero carbon objectives into project delivery, proactively managing associated emissions and reductions.
