Job summary

You’ll focus on delivering safe, high‑quality MEP services, coordinating with clients and partners, and driving continuous improvement across design, procurement, and commissioning to meet programme goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Experience in the relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire MEP teams to deliver excellence, promoting safety, quality, collaboration and compliance with Mace standards.
• Accountable for the successful delivery of MEP services, ensuring programme, health, safety, wellbeing, quality and commissioning objectives are achieved.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders, driving effective coordination and informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and implement project delivery, procurement and commissioning strategies that support programme certainty, operational performance and value creation.
• Oversee design, construction and project controls, proactively managing risks, productivity, quality and continuous improvement to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Lead the development of high-performing teams while supporting Mace’s net zero carbon ambitions through the proactive management and reduction of carbon emissions across project delivery.

Education

Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering

You’ll Be Responsible For
