Job summary

Mace is seeking a QA/QC Lead MEP in Mumbai to lead quality assurance across design, construction and commissioning on a complex, heavily regulated project. You will drive audits, report findings and implement corrective actions.

The role requires a degree and 10–15 years of experience, strong stakeholder leadership and a proven track record in mission critical delivery. You will champion safety, integrity and carbon-aware practices within our quality management framework.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification is essential with 10-15 years experience.
• Advanced technical expertise across design, construction, planning and commercial management.
• Full construction delivery life-cycle experience, in complex, highly regulated or mission critical projects is essential.
• Strong communicator with proven stakeholder and leadership capability.
• Professionally qualified in a relevant discipline or membership.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned elements of the annual business plan on time and within budget.
• Lead external and internal audits, including reporting, investigations and root‑cause analysis to drive corrective and preventative actions.
• Review, develop and improve management system content, processes and supporting documentation.
• Analyse and present quality metrics for management reviews and organisational reporting.
