Job summary

Mace is leading the design and development of a fully operational data center project in Mumbai. We seek a senior HSW professional to drive safety, wellbeing and environmental performance across the delivery phase.

The role requires coordinating audits, incident investigations and continuous improvement programs with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational excellence on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Experience leading HSW programs and compliance with ISO standards.
• Experience with audits, inspections and KPI analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) practices, ensuring compliance with Mace standards, policies and industry requirements across projects.
• Drive assurance activities through audits, inspections and ISO management systems, supporting operational excellence and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Analyse performance data, audits, incidents and KPIs to identify trends, mitigate risks and implement effective corrective actions that enhance project outcomes.
• Support and lead incident investigations, ensuring lessons learned are captured and embedded to strengthen organisational performance and resilience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing expert guidance and influencing positive health, safety and wellbeing outcomes.
• Champion responsible business practices and contribute to the net zero carbon transition through the proactive identification, management and reduction of carbon impacts during project delivery.

You’ll Be Responsible For
