Job summary

JK Tyre & Industries Ltd. in Rajasthan seeks a seasoned Mechanical Maintenance professional to lead upkeep of TBM, Bead Winding, and Cold Preparation areas. You will plan maintenance, conduct breakdown and preventive efforts, monitor energy use, coordinate with production, and manage spare parts to avoid stoppages.

Requirements include 10+ years of experience and a BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering; SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with 10+ years of experience.
• Experience in operation, breakdown maintenance and preventive maintenance of mechanical equipment.
• Exposure to SAP and computer literacy for maintenance planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Maintain TBM, Bias Cutters, Bead Winding and Cold Preparation areas.
• Perform mechanical breakdown maintenance and preventive/predictive maintenance activities.
• Develop maintenance plans with condition monitoring to prevent stoppages and analyze breakdowns.
• Monitor energy efficiency of equipment and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Plan and manage spare parts inventory and procurement.

Key Responsibilities-

• TBM, Bias Cutters, Bead Winding and Cold Preparation Area.
• Mechanical Breakdown and Preventive/Predictive maintenance Activities
• Improvement activities and Equipment Modifications
• Develop maintenance plan- condition monitoring to find out equipment health to avoid stoppage, breakdown analysis
• Monitoring Energy Efficiency parameters of Equipment's and take Corrective, Preventive Actions
• Spare parts planning and management
