Be Wellness in Gurgaon is seeking a Manager / Sr. Manager – Marketplace Growth to own Amazon business end-to-end, driving revenue, CVR and organic visibility.

You will combine commercial thinking with hands-on execution and cross-functional coordination with design, content and supply chain teams.

This is a business ownership role focused on growth across channels including Blinkit and Instamart, with a strong emphasis on performance tracking.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on Amazon brand growth experience.
• Proven ability to drive revenue, CVR and organic visibility.
• Experience with multi-channel expansion and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own Amazon business end-to-end and drive revenue and visibility.
• Plan, execute and optimise Amazon Ads campaigns for efficiency.
• Improve product listings with optimized titles, bullets, images, and A+ content.
• Drive organic keyword rankings and sustainable growth.
• Support growth across Blinkit, Instamart and other platforms.
• Collaborate with Design, Content, and Supply Chain teams; manage platform partners.
• Translate performance data into actionable business decisions and lead reviews.

Role Overview

This is a business ownership role. You will drive growth across marketplace and quick commerce business, with Amazon as primary focus. Combines commercial thinking, hands-on execution and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketplace Growth (Amazon First): Own Amazon business end-to-end, drive revenue, CVR and organic visibility, track TACOS
• Ads & Performance: Plan, execute and optimise Amazon Ads, improve campaign structure and efficiency
• Listing & Conversion Optimisation: Improve titles, bullets, images, A+ content, continuously test and refine
• Organic Growth & Visibility: Drive keyword ranking and sustainable organic growth
• Multi-Channel Expansion: Support growth across Blinkit, Instamart and other platforms
• Cross-Functional & Partner Management: Work with Design, Content, Supply Chain; manage platform account managers
• Performance Tracking: Track performance, translate data into business decisions, run regular reviews

Ideal Candidate

• 3–5 years managing Amazon from the brand side
