Job summary

Be Wellness in Gurgaon is seeking a D2C Manager to own the day-to-day growth and execution of the D2C business, blending growth marketing, project management and operations. You will drive revenue, track key metrics, and lead growth programs across channels.

You will own the D2C website roadmap, CRO, content and CRM initiatives, coordinate campaigns with agencies and internal teams, and build partnerships to accelerate growth in a fast-evolving wellness brand.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in D2C, e-commerce, growth or digital marketing.
• Experience with consumer brands (D2C/beauty/wellness/FMCG/fashion).
• Strong understanding of Shopify, Meta/Google advertising, CRM, WhatsApp marketing.
• Strong project management, execution and communication skills.
• Highly ownership-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Own overall D2C revenue and track key metrics (revenue, sessions, CVR, AOV, CAC, ROAS).
• Work with external agency on Meta/Google ads and manage relationships.
• Own D2C website roadmap, CRO, landing pages and A/B testing.
• Build content pipeline and coordinate product shoots/UGC.
• Own retention calendar and plan WhatsApp/email/SMS campaigns.
• Build and manage affiliate channel and partnerships.
• Own D2C execution calendar and coordinate across functions.

The Role

We are looking for a D2C Manager who is equal parts growth marketer, project manager and operator. You will own the day-to-day growth and execution of the D2C business.

What You Will Own

• D2C Growth & Business Performance: Own overall D2C revenue, track key metrics (revenue, sessions, CVR, AOV, CAC, ROAS), build monthly growth plans
• Performance Marketing – Agency Management: Work with external agency on Meta/Google, own the relationship, review performance
• Website & CRO: Own D2C website roadmap, manage landing pages, run A/B tests, identify conversion drop-offs
• Content & Creative: Build content pipeline, work with design teams, coordinate product shoots and UGC
• CRM, Retention & WhatsApp: Own retention calendar, plan WhatsApp/email/SMS campaigns, optimize flows
• Affiliates & Partnerships: Build and manage affiliate channel, identify creators and partnership opportunities
• Campaign & Launch Management: Own D2C execution calendar, coordinate across all functions
