Job summary

Be Wellness is seeking a Manager / Sr. Manager – Marketplace Growth to lead growth on Amazon and other marketplaces from Gurgaon (in-office). You will own end-to-end marketplace revenue, CVR, and visibility, driving TACOS reduction and cross-functional alignment.

Ideal candidate will have 3–5 years brand-side Amazon experience, hands-on ads, listing optimization, keyword ranking, and a ownership mindset to push multi-channel expansion with Blinkit and Instamart.

• Hands-on with Amazon Ads and marketplace growth.
• Strong understanding of listing optimisation, keyword ranking, ads strategy.

Responsibilities

• Marketplace Growth (Amazon First): Own Amazon business end-to-end, drive revenue, CVR and organic visibility, track TACOS
• Ads & Performance: Plan, execute and optimise Amazon Ads, improve campaign structure and efficiency
• Listing & Conversion Optimisation: Improve titles, bullets, images, A+ content, continuously test and refine
• Organic Growth & Visibility: Drive keyword ranking and sustainable organic growth
• Multi-Channel Expansion: Support growth across Blinkit, Instamart and other platforms
• Cross-Functional & Partner Management: Work with Design, Content, Supply Chain; manage platform account managers
• Performance Tracking: Track performance, translate data into business decisions, run regular reviews
