Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and manage commercial contracts, NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor/customer agreements and licensing agreements.
• Manage Companies Act, 2013 and corporate compliance requirements.
• Support Company Secretarial (CS), board and shareholder matters.
• Handle legal matters related to real estate, labour laws and employment.
• Support data protection and privacy compliance including GDPR/DPDP.
• Coordinate with external legal and company secretarial consultants.
• Provide legal advisory support to HR, Finance, Procurement, Admin and Business teams.
• Manage legal documentation, compliance trackers and risk-related activities.
• Support legal requirements across international/group companies.
