Manager/Sr. Manager - Design Engineer - Electrical (Solar Utility projects)

Location: Delhi Cantonment, Delhi, India

How you will contribute

As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in the design and execution of solar power projects. Your contributions will include:

• Solar Power Plant Design – End-to-end engineering of utility-scale solar installations.
• Site Feasibility Assessment – Evaluating technical, environmental, and commercial viability of proposed locations.
• Electrical Equipment Design & Selection – Expertise in IDT, Inverters, cables, PV modules, SVG, filters and power transformers.
• AC-DC System Design – Engineering of integrated AC and DC systems, reactive power calculation/simulation for solar plant.
• Switchyard Design (33 kV & 220 kV) – Layout and specification of high-voltage switchyards.
• Technical Specification Preparation – Drafting detailed specs for PSS and solar equipment.
• Meteorological Data Analysis – Using diverse sources to inform design and yield predictions.
• Software Proficiency – Skilled in AutoCAD, Pvsyst, Trimble SketchUp and other design tools.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Working closely with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
