Job summary

Shavish Group in Bengaluru seeks a senior professional with 20+ years in contracts and procurement within the construction sector. You will draft, review, and finalize contract documents, BOQs, and scopes of work, and lead tendering and bid analyses.

You will manage cost escalations, ensure legal compliance, and coordinate with legal and project teams to resolve claims, variations, and disputes, while maintaining vendor relationships and pre/post-bid meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, or Diploma, or Construction Management.
• 20+ years of experience in contracts and procurement within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, tendering processes, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and finalize contract agreements, BOQs, and scope of work.
• Lead tendering and bid analyses, vendor pre-qualification, and bid management.
• Conduct pre-bid and post-bid meetings with clients, consultants, and vendors.
