Job summary

Neemtree Internet is seeking a regulatory compliance professional to manage RBI circulars, develop checklists, and prepare regulatory decks for Board updates in Bengaluru. The role involves coordinating with business, legal, and audit teams to ensure compliance for new product launches and partnerships.

The candidate should have CS or MBA with 5-7 years total experience, including 3-5 years in Banks/NBFCs, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to learn

Qualifications

• CS or MBA graduate.
• 5-7 years total experience (minimum 3-5 years in Banks/ NBFCs, preferably in the regulatory compliance domain).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to continuously learn various Regulatory/Statutory laws applicable to NBFCs.

Responsibilities

• Track and disseminate RBI circulars to senior management.
• Prepare and maintain checklists for regulatory implementation.
• Prepare regulatory decks for Board and committee updates
• Coordinate with the business team to implement compliance requirements and provide advisory support.
• Oversee compliance for partnership products, specifically maintaining checklists for digital lending partner onboarding.
• Negotiate and follow up with stakeholders on compliance matters.
• Draft company policies and processes.
• Ensure all compliance checks are completed for new product launches.
• Support responses to RBI queries and other regulatory correspondence.
• Coordinate with Legal and Audit teams on compliance matters.
• Foster a compliance-focused culture within the company.
