The Assistant Manager Service – Controls is responsible for leading the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and service support activities related to Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC Controls. The role involves managing a team of service engineers and technicians, ensuring successful project execution, system reliability, customer satisfaction, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
Lead commissioning, troubleshooting, and servicing of BMS and HVAC control systems.
Manage installation and integration of controllers, sensors, actuators, VFDs, control panels, and field devices.
Oversee commissioning of HVAC equipment including Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Cooling Towers, Pumps, and VAV systems.
Ensure successful integration through BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, and other communication protocols.
Support system testing, point-to-point checks, functional testing, and performance validation.
Manage service schedules, resource allocation, and field execution activities.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to service engineers and technicians.
Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues and customer concerns.
Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Review service reports, commissioning documentation, and project handover records.
Drive customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company operational standards.
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
6–10 years of experience in BMS, HVAC Controls, Installation, and Commissioning.
Minimum 2–3 years of team handling or supervisory experience preferred.
