Job summary

WM Sports is seeking a Manager- Sports Partnerships to drive sponsorship and partnership sales from our Ahmedabad office. You will own the sales cycle end-to-end, identifying prospects, closing deals, and managing relationships after signing.

The role requires 3-5 years in sponsorship sales or related B2B sales, with a track record of building a pipeline and achieving targets. Based in Ahmedabad or willing to relocate, a strong network of brand contacts is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sponsorship sales, partnerships, or B2B sales experience (sports, media, or events background preferred).
• Proven ability to independently manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, or B2B sales (sports, media, or events background preferred)
• Proven ability to independently manage a full sales cycle- prospecting through to closing
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• A self-starter who's comfortable owning targets and working with a lean team
• Based in Ahmedabad or willing to relocate
• An existing network of brand/marketing contacts is a strong plus
