Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Limited is seeking a Manager - Spares Planning to coordinate spare parts supply across AD Plants, including VOR/MTO/Month plans for SPD requirements.

The role covers planning for non-current models, stock-norm coordination with Sourcing/DP, and ensuring timely resolutions of SBU/SPD concerns while providing ETAs with Plant SPOC/SCM.

Qualifications

• 10–13 years of experience in SCM, PPC, SBU in the automobile industry.
• Experience in ordering and planning of imports.

Responsibilities

• Plan spares and coordinate with all AD Plants for timely supplies of VOR/MTO/Month plan against SPD requirement.
• Handle non-current models spares planning and execution (One time/MOQ/Monthly schedule) for VOR/BO parts.
• Coordinate stock norms with Sourcing/DP Team and resolve issues with SBU Sourcing.
• Ensure timely customer concern resolution raised by SBU/SPD.
• Provide ETA for parts in consultation with Plant SPOC/SCM/PPC.
• Monitor delivery performance of plants with MIS in place.
• Guide and support subordinates in the above activities.
• Proactively engage SBU Sourcing for end-of-life part supplies with Plant SPOC/SCM Heads.

Manager - Spares Planning Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Spare planning and coordination with all AD Plants for timely supplies of VOR/MTO/Month plan against SPD requirement. Non-current models spares parts planning and execution. (One time/ MOQ/ Monthly schedule) for VOR/BO parts are critical. Stock norm coordination of child parts with Sourcing/DP Team. Concern resolution with SBU Sourcing for Old Non-current / Alternate Parts. Timely adherence to Customer concerns raised by SBU/SPD. Provide Estimated Time of arrival (ETA) for part in consultation with Plant SPOC / SCM/ PPC. Monitor Delivery Performance of Plants with strong MIS in place. Guide and support Subordinate for the above activities. Proactively take up with SBU Sourcing for supplies of End-of-Life Part supply in consultation with Plant SPOC/Plant SCM Heads.
