This role partners with product owners, architects, and cross‑functional stakeholders to implement engineering standards, support Agile practices, and ensure efficient execution of software development activities. Major Responsibilities And Accountabilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers and technical resources
• Support continuous improvement and skill enhancement of team members
• Manage day ‑ to ‑ day engineering operations and resource allocations
• Build strong working relationships with product, business, and technology partners
• Provide estimations, prioritize engineering tasks, and adjust plans as needed
• Support Agile processes and ensure adherence to engineering best practices
• Conduct regular team meetings and one ‑ on ‑ one sessions with direct reports
• Manage work ‑ in ‑ progress (WIP) and help teams balance capacity
• Translate product roadmaps into engineering work items and execution plans
• Support data ‑ driven decision ‑ making for technical investments
• Assess challenges, propose solutions, and elevate issues when required
• Collaborate with architecture and security teams to meet technical standards
• Support process improvements and adoption of emerging technologies
• Manage small ‑ to ‑ medium sized projects and cross ‑ team collaboration
• Assist with budget awareness for resources, tools, and operational needs
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and resolve team ‑ level conflicts
