Concentrix is seeking a Group Manager to lead a portfolio of engineering teams, ensuring successful delivery and engineering excellence. The role focuses on governance, resource planning, and ongoing improvement across client engagements.

The ideal candidate has 15–18+ years in software engineering and proven experience guiding managers, with strong Agile practices and stakeholder communication. AWS/Azure/Google Cloud familiarity is preferred, enabling scalable, cloud-based solutions.

Position Summary

The Group Manager is responsible for leading a portfolio of engineering teams, ensuring successful delivery, engineering excellence, people development, and operational health across multiple customer engagements. The role bridges engineering strategy and execution by working closely with Engineering Managers, Delivery teams, Architects, and the Engineering Service Line leadership.

The Group Manager focuses on delivery governance, capability growth, resource planning, and continuous improvement rather than day-to-day technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering delivery across multiple projects/accounts and ensure delivery health.
• Drive engineering excellence through standards, best practices, automation, and AI-assisted engineering.
