Supertails is seeking a Manager - Social Media to own the content calendar, craft engaging posts, and collaborate with creators across India. You’ll ideate, shoot, edit, and ship content that resonates with pet parents, keeping the brand voice lively and authentic.

You’ll lead creator partnerships, manage community conversations, and deliver performance-driven content. This role is located in Bangalore, Indiranagar, in-office, with a fast-paced, creator-first culture.

Supertails is India's first 360 petcare brand - India's Biggest Online store for all pet essentials, online pharmacy, and now with India's first fear-free certified veterinary clinics, all under one house. Who we're looking for

An enthu-cutlet who's on the internet all day, and you get there before the trend needs explaining. You make the content yourself. Ideate, shoot, edit, ship. You don't wait for a brief to come up with the next cool idea for the brand. You know exactly what to reply under someone else's post. The comment that gets screenshotted and gets on the feed post carousels. You know how to actually use a creator. Not pay one and hope. Pick the right person according to the objective, brief them so they still sound like themselves for the brand. A planned go-getter who always knows what they want to post the coming two weeks

Writers, designers, filmmakers and meme-scholars who'd rather make the thing than sit in a meeting about it. Your mission, should you choose to accept

• Own the social calendar - two weeks ahead, every channel, executed
• Set the bar for high-engagement content, built on real pet-parenting insight
• Make the big swings yourself - ideate, shoot, edit, ship - and catch trends on the way up
• Run the comments - ours and every conversation worth being in; spot escalations before they become one
• Run the creator programme end to end - match creator to objective, brief them so they still sound like themselves, measure what it earned
• Push agencies and partners to make things people actually share
• Read the numbers weekly - reach, engagement, growth, sentiment - report clearly, kill what doesn't work
• Pull stories out of the vets, CX and ops teams and put them on social
• Spot and avoid thnigs lyk thise
• Be around pets a lot

Requirements

• At least 4 years across social media agencies or in-house at brands, with a creative-first background - a portfolio of work you've made yourself, not just managed
• A track record of high-engagement content you can explain, not just show
• Strong analytical skills with a customer-first lens - Excel, listening and analytics tools, readouts that drive what gets made next
• Hands-on shooting and editing, and a feel for when a thing is 12 seconds too long
• Chronically online, with a real grip on trends and platform algorithms
• Community and ORM experience at volume; creator management you've actually done
• Experience scaling social for a new or young brand
• Clear stakeholder management with creative partners and internal teams
• An independent worker who needs minimal intervention on daily tasks
