Supertails in India seeks an experienced writer-leader to shape pet-focused narratives. You will brainstorm bold ideas, write major brand content, and guide a team of creatives to deliver campaigns, scripts, and digital content across channels.

Bring 4+ years in copywriting with leadership experience, sharp English, and a passion for pets. This role values creativity, mentorship, and hands-on execution with a cheeky, fun culture.

Competenze

• Minimum 4 years of copywriting/content writing experience, with 1–2 years leading or mentoring writers/creatives.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• An eye for detail when it comes to punctuation, grammar, and spelling — in your work and everyone else's.
• A knack for creativity, not just with words but also ideas.
• Can give feedback that makes a junior's draft better without making it yours.
• Up to date on trends and news.
• Understands the tonality needed to write for different audiences.
• Experience with writing for different mediums and channels.
• Understands how marketing campaigns are devised.

Supertails is India's first 360° petcare brand — India's Biggest Online store for all pet essentials, online pharmacy, and now India's first fear-free certified veterinary clinics, all under one house. Whatever pet parenting throws at you — a 2 AM worry, a fussy eater, a first vaccination — there's one brand to turn to, with in-house vets and doorstep delivery across India. Who are we looking for?

Do you enjoy telling stories — and making other people's stories better? You're it. We're looking for a writer-leader who can think up crazy ideas for pets and pet parents within the guardrails of the brand, write the big stuff themselves, and run a team of creatives who ship the rest. Having fun on the job is also a must and non-negotiable. Also, a pet parent please? :)
