Content Creator – Social & Short-Form Video

Supertails is building India’s most loved pet-care brand by showing up as the friendly neighbourhood pet parent. On social media, we exist to make pet parenting feel lighter, warmer, more informed and less lonely, while staying credible when it truly matters.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Content Creator who lives and breathes content- someone who can independently ideate, create and execute short-form videos and social content that pet parents save, share and come back to.

This role is not about waiting for briefs. It’s about deeply understanding pet parents, spotting relatable insights, and turning them into high-performing content across Instagram and other social platforms. You’ll own end-to-end social content creation, from insight to idea to execution, while staying true to Supertails’ voice.

What You’ll Do

Content Ideation & Strategy

• Generate pet-parenting insights rooted in real-life struggles, joys and moments
• Create content for key Supertails personas
• Translate insights into reels, statics, memes and carousels, prioritising low-effort, high-relatability formats

Short-Form Video Creation

• Independently shoot, edit and publish short-form videos (Reels-first mindset)
• Own execution end to end- scripting, filming, editing and captions
• Create content that feels native, authentic and trend-aware
• Adapt formats to topical moments, trends and cultural conversations while keeping the brand lens intact

Copywriting & Brand Voice

• Write captions and hooks that are friendly, warm, witty and relatable
• Balance fun, quippy content with moments where the brand needs to sound calm, capable and reassuring (vet care, health, emergencies)

Social Media Ownership

• Work closely with the marketing team to align content with campaigns, partnerships and topical moments
• Participate in monthly retros to understand what worked, what didn’t and why
