Job summary

HDFC ERGO General Insurance is seeking a Manager for SME Sales in Rajkot. The role is a permanent, on-site position within the Retail Business Group, under the Corporate Business Group.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, the incumbent will drive SME sales through a strong agency channel and lead generation, emphasizing motor and SME product knowledge. The candidate should have 5–10 years of experience, with a background in agency sales and a proven track record in sales execution within the SME

Qualifications

• Excellent sales skill, convincing skills, lead generation and time management are required
• Must have 2+ years of experience in Agency SM
• Knowledge of Motor and Non motor SME products are added advantage
