Job summary

HCP Design, Planning & Management Pvt. Ltd. seeks a meticulous Site Manager for our Dharwad office to oversee the design and construction process of a large-scale project.

You will monitor MEP activities from execution through to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, coordinating with architects/consultants, managing sample approvals, and maintaining comprehensive site documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years in architectural consultancy, construction management, or project management.

Responsibilities

• Review GFC drawings and tender specifications.
• Coordinate day-to-day with Architect/Consultants team.
• Manage sample approval process and oversee mock-up execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to review and document quality issues; prepare reports.
• Prepare draft presentations for construction status meetings.
• Maintain site documentation in line with SOPs and trackers.
• Coordinate closure of RFIs, TDS, and shop drawings; maintain a log.

We are seeking a meticulous Site Manager to join our Dharwad office. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the design and construction process for a large-scale architecture project, monitoring every stage from Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities through to project completion.

Responsibilities

• Review GFC drawings and tender specifications.
• Identify and flag workmanship issues against drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate day-to-day with the Architect/Consultants team.
• Manage the sample approval process and oversee mock-up execution.
• Anticipate and flag concerns before they
• Conduct regular site visits to review and document quality issues, and prepare site visit reports.
• Review and issue quality/workmanship observation reports.
• Keep the design and project management team consistently updated on site progress.
• Prepare draft presentations for construction status meetings.
• Maintain site documentation in line with defined SOPs.
• Maintain trackers for site activities.
• Coordinate the closure of RFIs, technical data sheets (TDS), and shop drawings, and maintain a comprehensive log thereof.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years in an architectural consultancy, construction management, or project management firm.
